#TrendopeExclusive: My Unilag Success Story "M.U.S.S THE CONCERT"

Success is life altering. The idea of being and feeling successful enriches lives. People nurture all kinds of dreams and aspirations into what they love. The efforts they put in to achieve results manifest in fruitful results.

According to Scott Adam
Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.

The questions are; How much do you love what you are doing or learning; How hard working are you; Do you think you have what it takes in achieving the goals you already set; Are you ready to pay the sacrifice?

Here comes a concert in the prestigious University of Lagos (Unilag), the university of First Choice and the Nation’s pride tagged “My Unilag Success Story ‘M.U.S.S THE CONCERT’ ” Powered by Tally Empire and Supported by Trendope Media, Startimes, UnilagFM, UnilagPhiz and many more, the program is aimed at bringing in graduates of UNILAG who have already written something good for themselves as their stories, those who will share stories that can inspire, motivate and encourage Akokites to keep believing and keep aiming for the best in whatever they do or wherever they find themselves.

Did you know that;
1.      Dr. D.K. Olukoya (MFM general overseer)
2.      Wale Adenuga, publisher/film producer
3.      Francis Agu, actor
4.      Funke Akindele, actress
5.      Daré Art-Aladé, singer
6.      Adewale Ayuba, singer
7.      Funsho Williams, civil servant
8.      Stella Damasus, actress

18. Joke Silva, actress
19. Helen Paul, comedian
20. Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, current Gombe governor and many more important figures in the society all graduated from UNILAG and they all have their success stories to tell.

In fact, it is known that about 30 to 40 percent of successful personalities in Nigeria in the entertainment industry especially are graduates of the University of Lagos, thus UNILAG is their Success story.

Everyone also wants to share their success stories; while some have written theirs, some have started writing theirs; some have just started, while some are still thinking of how to go about it. The whole point is we would all have a story to write and share whether good or bad; it is left for us to decide which one ours will be.

Amidst of frustrations students face in school ranging from financial difficulties, academic pressures, parental expectations, societal expectations, maintaining school life balance and peer group pressure to mention but a few students still strive amidst all these circumstances to succeed and make sure they have a success story to tell.

Bernie Mac once said “There’s no success story. Everybody’s got a ghetto story. You always want to make it bigger than what it is.”

I've always found that anything worth achieving will always have obstacles in the way and you've got to have that drive and determination to overcome those obstacles on route to whatever it is that you want to accomplish. Chuck Norris

Are you a student of UNILAG out there about to give up on academics or thinking of quitting school due to the challenges you are facing?, or are you out there having a feeling you want to let out a secret on how you have been successful in school amidst all these challenges, then this is the right platform to share your success story to inspire others and be inspired by others.

My Unilag Success Story ‘M.U.S.S THE CONCERT is envisioned to help Akokites make bigger whatever their dream is.

Anticipate and watch out for the best concert of all times, it promises to be fun, more details to come soon.
